Liver CT-Scan result โ Nothing to worry about
We've already had a terrible night, thinking about my mother's CT-Scan result. And we still had to wait for one more day which made it so painful. Finally it was evening when my sister called the laboratory to see if the result could be ready since this was an emergency case. Fortunately they'd told her that we could go to take it in a few hours. Well, much better than waiting for another 24 hours! But I had a lot of stress when my sister informed me about.
My wife suggested that I and she to go to take the result, and let my mother to stay at home since she was not needed to be present there. In an hour, we were there and the result was in our hands! But the guys there refused to comment any further, so once again we had to rely on our own knowledge about medical technical things to read the written result. The worst and most stressful moment in the whole recent week... I read it from top to bottom. Nothing doubtful was there, but two very technical expressions I've not heard so far. I checked my mobile, and fortunately they seemed to be all fine!
But I couldn't rely much on my own knowledge. Immediately I called my mother's oncologist, and he was kind enough to help me on phone to see what the exact result was. He assured me that there was no danger, and what ultrasonography showed was not tumor or any cancer related thing. Maybe a natural mass or fat used to be there for whole my mother's life but nobody has ever seen it!
Thanks God! I and my wife got so happy about the good news, and couldn't resist informing my mother any later. She was going to fly when she heard there was no danger :-)
Once again, all our prayers were answered...
Pray for my mom, please...
